The idea that we should establish a cat gallery arose long before its realization. While visiting various foreign cities and buying cat-souvenirs we sometimes came across a specialized shop for cat-lovers, but we hadn't seen something of that kind in our country.
Owing to our affection to cats we have pilled up an unbelievable amount of drawings, pictures, cups, variety of pieces and small sculptures and the like to diverse occasions at home and so it was slowly but surely necessary to create an especially detached chamber for them. When we considered about it, we figured out that also the others can enjoy and share our passion for cats! We are just only going to get some more, enlarge our cat-park and open a sell-gallery!
On the first of November 2001 after a thorough selection we acquired a space in Týnská street and in fortnight we opened the shop.
Nowadays the biggest reward for us is when we see twinkling faces of our visitors and particularly cat- and animal-lovers how they exult admiring miscellaneous trifles with cat motifs.
